NLP
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) helps you understand your thoughts, language and reactions - so you can break old patterns and create more freedom in your life.
What is NLP - and how does it work?
Maybe you've thought, "I know what I should be doing - but I keep falling back."
NLP is a method that helps you understand and change the thought and behavior patterns that often run on autopilot. It's about how we use our language, senses and inner images to create our reality - and how with small changes we can make a big difference.
Client example: Saying no without guilt
One client had difficulty setting boundaries and often said yes - even though she sensed a no. With NLP, we worked with the inner parts that connected her value to being something for others.
She got in touch with a new inner conviction: "I am good enough - even without pleasing."
After a few sessions, she was able to say no with confidence - and found that it actually created more honest and stronger relationships.
Here's how we can help:
In our conversations, we use NLP to:
You are not "fixed" - you are met, supported and empowered to find your own resources.
Background - What is NLP and where does it come from?
NLP was developed in the 1970s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, who studied how some therapists and communicators achieved extraordinary results. They found that language, body language and internal imagery play a crucial role in how we role in how we experience the world - and how we can change that experience.
The method draws on psychology, linguistics and communication and is used today in therapy, coaching, management and teaching all over the world. In therapy, NLP is especially used to work with fixed thought patterns, low self-esteem, anxiety, phobias and relational challenges.
That's what our clients say...
You don't have to do it alone
Whatever you're struggling with, there is a way forward. We use a combination of talk therapy, NLP psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and PSYCH-K to help you break unhelpful patterns, regulate your nervous system and regain your inner balance. Together, we'll find the right approach for you so you can feel better - step by step.
