Background information

Sexual performance anxiety in men can occur when thoughts of "having to perform" become disturbing. The fear of failing or falling short can create an inner turmoil that directly affects your ability to get or maintain an erection. It becomes becomes a negative spiral where the thoughts create stress and the stress prevents the body from cooperating.
