In psychotherapy, we use hypnosis as a tool to work with your unconscious mind - where many of our patterns, beliefs and emotions reside. Hypnosis is not something that done by you - it's something you go into it yourself.. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. As a therapist, I am simply your guide, helping you find peace and connect with the places in you where change can sprout.

The hypnotic state creates access to deeper realizations, new perspectives and the opportunity to "reprogram" old patterns that no longer serve you. This is always done with respect for your boundaries and at your pace.
