My husband came home with this beautiful green crystal. I’ve had a deep love for stones and crystals for many years, and it seems that passion has rubbed off on my husband, who also buys one every now and then. However, he can’t quite remember what the sales clerk said the crystal was called. My best guess at the time is that it might look like fluorite—and yet not quite. I pore over my book on crystals, but that’s as close as I get. The crystal is cleansed in cold water—and placed on a selenite block on a windowsill for a couple of days for further energetic cleansing. When it’s ready for use again, I place it on the kitchen table. At one point, I walk past the table, and my eyes fall on the crystal.
NEPHRITE! The word really strikes a chord with me. Okay… So you’re a Nephrite? Hmm. I wonder if there’s actually such a thing, I think to myself. Off the top of my head, I don’t think I’ve ever heard of that type of stone before. I look in my book on crystals, but I can’t seem to find any crystal with that name. Instead, I look it up online. And bingo! After a little searching, I find a spot-on description of the type of crystal that just moved in with us and has now introduced itself in the finest way possible.
Clear Hearing and Clear Knowledge
The phenomenon of the talking crystal isn’t, of course, about an echo of sound reverberating through our kitchen the moment I look at it. It’s about well-developed intuition (or access to a higher-level “data center”*), which occasionally manifests as helpful “messages” out of the blue. My strong intuition is, of course, with me in everything I do—including when I’m working with clients in #psychotherapy and #healing. Clairaudience and claircognizance are forms of clairvoyance. They can be described as a psychic ability to hear and receive energy information. While clairaudience involves the sense of hearing, claircognizance involves mental intuition. Both are experienced as either sounds, words, or sentences that pop into your head and provide a spontaneous awareness, or as a series of insights. The physical and emotional aspect of the same phenomenon is called “clear sensing,” and it involves emotional intuition. Among other things, it involves being able to sense others’ emotions—or bodily energies. You’re surely familiar with this. You sense the mood in a room, even when nothing is said. That’s because our nervous systems communicate with one another. However, there are differences in how sensitive each of us is and how many nuances we pick up on. With strong emotional intuition (klarfølelse), you can also sense others even when you’re many kilometers apart. This is especially true if it’s someone you’re emotionally close to.
